Step 1: Confirm Delivery Details
Once your building is ready to be delivered, our delivery coordinator will contact you to confirm all necessary details, including:
The number of blocks required for setup.
How to load and pull into your property.
Potential obstacles that may affect delivery.
By confirming these details in advance, we can ensure a seamless portable building delivery with no unexpected delays.
Step 2: Day of Building Delivery
On the day of delivery, our driver will call you when they are en route. Upon arrival, they will:
Pull onto your property.
Unload and position your portable building exactly where you want it.
Level the building using blocks.
If we can't place the building exactly where you want it off of our trailer, DON'T WORRY! All of our drivers have a Mule machine that can maneuver your building into tighter areas and difficult angles.
You have the option to purchase and provide your own blocks or buy them directly from our driver for $5 per block. Some people choose a gravel or cement pad instead of blocks under their building. This limits the potential of the ground settling which can make your building unlevel. If you wish to have a pad installed it will need to be completed prior to delivery.
Step 3: Provide Feedback on Your Building Delivery Experience
At Ron’s Portable Buildings, customer satisfaction is our priority. Before leaving, your driver will ensure you are happy with the setup and will provide a satisfaction sheet for you to sign.
